Our claims team is available to assist you during our regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

For property and liability claims relating to commercial lines of coverage and personal lines of coverage, please contact Tina Mead at 412-650-6500 or tina@trianglebenefitservices.com.

You can also fax claim information to 412-650-6505.

If you need to report a claim after our regular business hours you can contact your insurance carrier directly by accessing the Emergency Phone Numbers list. But please remember we never expect you to contact an insurance carrier on your own. Please use the numbers below only in a true emergency and if our office is closed.
